I Purchased a four 4x4 Honda rancher, and in doing so I had issues with it switching gears. After about 13 hours and it not fixing itself, I made a call to the service department. I spoke with a young man who I cannot tell you was fantastic about trying to rectify the matter. His follow up was fantastic, though I still have the same problem because Honda stated that was a break-in period issue,We shall see. But again I cant say enough about how good of a job to this point they have been trying to fix the problem. Thank you!

Jason was excellent in helping me purchase my Honda Rebel 1100 DCT, love this bike. Unfortunately, not that it was his fault but accessories for the bike had to be purchased and are on back order through Honda due to the pandemic. I live 5 hours away in a suburb of Buffalo, New York, I traveled to Monroe to this dealer, cause they were the only one that had one left. I highly recommend this dealer and commend them on a fine job
